Make a Ring is a production 3D ring configurator I worked on for iDoAgency and Source360 for the Richter & Phillips ring designer.
The work had to fit inside an existing online store. The options, UI, and ThreeKit scene all needed to help a shopper choose a ring, not just show a 3D demo.
What I built
- ThreeKit and Three.js configuration and product preview work.
- Custom flow for ring options and variant choices.
- Integration with the Richter & Phillips site.
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript around the 3D experience.
Engineering notes
The 3D preview had to support the shopping flow. The configurator needed to load cleanly, fit the page, and make ring options clear.
