Pedro Navarrete
Software Engineer / Public-Sector, Applied ML, and Web Systems
I build applications at the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, where legislation, policy, and forms need to become services that constituents can actually use. My other projects follow the same idea: make the hard parts easier to understand, whether I am working with applied machine learning, 3D web tools, browser graphics, or game AI.
I care about public software that is clear, dependable, and respectful of people's time.

Selected work
Projects that show how I build.
My daily work is public-sector software. These projects show the same care in other areas: applied ML, Three.js, game AI, and browser graphics.
Applied ML system
FirstModel
ML run setup, execution, and review
A machine learning app for setting up runs, starting cloud jobs, tracking progress, and reviewing results in one place.
Browser ML
StyleForge
Local browser inference with ONNX and WebAssembly
A browser ML project that runs neural style transfer on the user's device with ONNX Runtime and WebAssembly.
